the king studio suite was quite spacious but the bed was absolutely too soft, almost like sleeping on a cloud of disappointment. the shower was a disaster, with water running all over while the faucet remained on, not what i expected at all. i thought a complimentary gesture would’ve been a nice touch, but alas, wishful thinking.
